Maximum 350mm diameter pipe polishing is vertical type and have got total two polishing wheel on it, one for rough polishing while another for fine polishing. You can choose any grit of grinding wheel for this machine. This model is specially for bigger size of metal pipes grinding and polishing.

Suitable for iron pipes, steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, etc.

Mainly used for rust removal and polishing in hardware manufacturing, vehicle parts, hydraulic cylinders, steel-wood furniture, instrument machinery, standard parts, and before and after electroplating, from rough polishing to fine polishing.

• What kind of polishing wheels do we choose on our pipe polishing machine to get mirror finish?
• We will choose different material and grit wheels according to client requirement.For instance, if we use an 8-head pipe polishing machine to polish a copper pipe for getting mirror effect, we will probably use 600#,800#,1000#,1000#1200# in the first five wheels and hemp fiber wheels for the sixth and seventh wheels, at the last station we use a cloth wheel.
